Cancellation conditions

Cancellation terms for holiday home "Joie de Vivre" - May 28, 2026.

1. Cancellation by the tenant

Cancellation by the tenant incurs costs equal to the booking costs plus a percentage of the rental sum:

In case of cancellation up to the 240th day before arrival: 10% of the rental sum.

In case of cancellation from the 240th day until the 90th day: 25% of the rental sum.

In case of cancellation from the 90th day until the 42nd day: 60% of the rental sum.

In case of cancellation from the 42nd day until the 14th day: 90% of the rental sum.

In case of cancellation from the 14th day or later: the full rental sum.

2. Cancellation by the landlord

If unforeseen circumstances make renting impossible, the landlord may cancel the booking (there is a force majeure situation). Already paid amounts will be fully refunded.

The landlord is not liable for any additional costs or damages incurred by the tenant as a result of cancellation by the landlord.
