Cancellation conditions

Cancellation terms Maison "Joie de Vivre" - 28May2026.

1. Cancellation by the tenant

Cancelling by the tenant incurs costs equal to the booking costs plus a percentage of the rental amount:

In case of cancellation from the 240th day until the 90th day: 10% of the rental sum.

In case of cancellation from the 90th day until the 42nd day: 25% of the rental sum.

In case of cancellation from the 42nd day until the 14th day: 60% of the rental sum.

In case of cancellation from the 14th day or later: the full rental amount.

2. Cancellation by landlords

If unforeseen circumstances make the rental impossible, the landlord may cancel the booking (there is a case of force majeure). Already paid amounts will be fully refunded.

The landlord is not liable for any additional costs or damage to the tenant as a result of the cancellation by the landlords.
